For PLAYBROS MÉXICO as a responsible company, it is essential that our users perfectly understand each and every one of the rules established for our products, games and services. That is why we have dedicated an entire section within our Playbros.mx site for the Game Rules, which the user, before registering through the Terms and Conditions Contract, is obliged to read, understand and accept them. Below is the internal regulation for the Game Rules included in this Terms and Conditions Agreement: It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the details of any bet or similar transaction they make using the Services are correct as follows:

a. When using remote betting, the bet will be read to the user and the user will be asked to confirm that it is correct to our telephone agent; and
b. When using the chat, the bet will be confirmed to the user through the chat screen and the user will be asked to confirm that it is correct to our Support Agent@siteaddress
c. We do not accept any transaction until the user has given us the appropriate confirmation (or if it has not been accepted by us). Once a transaction has been accepted by us, you cannot cancel the transaction unless we agree.
d. If the user is carrying out a remote betting transaction and the relevant telephone connection is cut off unexpectedly, we will place the bet anyway if: (a) we are clear about your instructions, (b) the details of the bet have been made known to us. provided by the user prior to the time we stop accepting bets on the relevant event and (c) the bet is acceptable to us in the ordinary course of business. Should any telephone disconnection occur, you should immediately contact our customer support team in the Contact Us section to confirm if your bet has been placed.
e. We may, at our discretion (and provided that neither you nor we take an unfair advantage), choose to accept a bet even though the relevant event has started. With respect to gambling, the relevant Game Rules and Gameplay section should indicate the point at which we no longer accept bets.
f. If the user has doubts as to whether a transaction has been accepted correctly, they should contact Customer support in the Contact Us section. Your transaction history can be accessed by the user by clicking on your account on our Playbros.mx, or through our Support staff.
g. All calls and chats are recorded for information and security reasons.
h. PLAYBROS MÉXICO reserves the right to withhold payments and declare bets on an event void if we have evidence that the following has occurred:
i. The integrity of the event has been called into question;
j. The price or fund has been manipulated;
k. Fraud has occurred in a match; either
l. Depending on the outcome of any subsequent investigation, where there is evidence that a series of bets, each containing the same selection(s), have been placed by or for the same person or syndicate of persons.

In order to use the Services, you must deposit funds into your Playbros account from a bank account or source that you own. You can then use these funds to place bets or participate in games. You can find more information on how to deposit, withdraw and transfer funds on the Deposits page in the Help section of the Website to our support services. If you use a payment method that you are not the owner of, we reserve the right to invalidate any BONUS, as well as profits generated through it and through the third party deposit made, until the pertinent checks have been successfully completed.

Any Deposit requested by the user is irreversible and non-refundable

Evidence of the above may be based on the size, volume or pattern of bets placed on Playbros.mx through any of our betting channels. The decision taken by the relevant board of directors of the sports section concerned (if there is one) will be conclusive. If any user owes Playbros.mx money for any reason, we have the right to take that into account before making any payment to that customer.
m. In the event that any odds have been shown to be obviously incorrect or have been miscalculated, we reserve the right to void such bets.

This includes differences greater than 100% of the payment compared to the market average.

You are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our site rules by opening an account.

Playbros.mx reserves the right to reject all or any bet requested for any reason.

Playbros.mx reserves the right to modify any of our published rules at any time.

Before placing a bet, it is the responsibility of the account holder to be fully aware of all the rules that relate to that bet.

Regardless of whether the account holder has read the rules or not, placing a bet means acceptance of all the rules that relate to that bet.

Playbros.mx will always endeavor to ensure complete accuracy in relation to advertisements, publication and broadcast of prices or any betting information. Therefore Playbros.mx cannot accept any responsibility for any errors and reserves the right to correct any such errors. If a bet is accepted in error and confirmed by our system, it will be considered and corrected to the correct price, betting terms or conditions or it will be canceled and the funds will be returned to the player's account. If a bet is accepted in error and is placed on a live event, for settlement purposes, any multiple bets placed on individual bets are calculated as separate bets.

If a tie occurs in any sporting event, the player's participation will be divided by the total number of teams that are involved in the tie. The bet amount is reduced and will then be used to calculate the bet of players with full odds. The rest of the gambling bet amount is lost.

Acceptance of the general terms and conditions contained in the site agreement

a. By accepting these conditions, the user declares his interest in accessing the Site and making use of the services, games and products proposed by the operator.
b. Likewise, by accepting this Terms and Conditions Contract, the User declares that he or she complies with each and every one of the requirements set by the current legislation on the matter, as well as agrees to comply with any changes or modifications that may exist in the same.
c. In the case of conflict between the parties with what is established in this Contract and the Specific Rules of the Games, what is contained in the latter for each particular game will prevail. In the event of a conflict, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and applicable legislation of the city of Gómez Palacio, Durango. Both for interpretation and for verification, renouncing the jurisdiction and address that may correspond to them.
d. The Operator maintains the right to subject access to the website or the Gaming Services to certain conditions. It may be modified, expanded or diminished at any point in this Agreement, Products and Services offered as well as the internal rules of the Games. Such Gaming Services are available to existing users with technical conditions at all times.

The maximum Winnings that will be paid per bet is $250,000 pesos.
This Promotion is limited to one person, family, Household or Organization with the same name, the same Postal address, the same IP address, the same Banking information. This promotion is valid for one device only. PLAYBROS reserves the right to cancel the bonus and the winnings generated.
