General Rules:

  • If the match is abandoned or one of the players retires, all bets are cancelled, except for those already settled (decided).

  • All live bets that have not already been settled (undecided) will be cancelled and stakes refunded to the user.

  • Delay or suspension:

    • If a tennis match reaches its conclusion, all bets stand as placed.

    • A delay in the start of the match, or a suspension, will not affect placed bets, provided the match is resumed and completed.

  • If the match does not finish in the specified number of sets, or is shortened by tournament officials, the player determined to be the winner by the tournament officials will be considered the winner for betting purposes. Example:

    • A match scheduled for 5 sets, but only 3 sets are played due to bad weather;

    • The winner after 3 sets is declared the winner of the match;

    • A tie-break will be considered as one game for all bets.

  • Match Winner Market: Traditional 1,2 market:

    • In this bet you must predict the winner of the first set of the stipulated match.

    • In case of retirement, the bet is void and stakes are refunded regardless of the score at the time.

  • SECOND SET Winner Market: Traditional 1,2 market:

    • In this bet you must predict the winner of the second set of the match.

    • In case of retirement, the bet is void and stakes are refunded regardless of the score at the time.

  • Over/Under Market:

    • In this bet you choose whether the sum of games played in the final result of a match will be greater or less than the number stipulated in the bet. Example: Rodriguez vs Muller result 6-4, 6-4; total games = 20. In this example the winner would be Over.

  • In case of retirement, the bet is void and stakes are refunded regardless of the score at the time.

  • If an extra set is necessary to decide the match, that extra set will count as one game only for betting purposes.

  • A tie-break is considered as one game for all bets.

  • Odd/Even Market:

    • In this bet you choose whether the sum of games played in the final result of a match will be ODD or EVEN. In case of retirement, the bet is void and stakes are refunded regardless of the score at the time.

  • Correct Score Market:

    • In this bet you choose the result of the match in sets. Example: Rodriguez vs Muller, best of 5 sets.

  • Games must take place on the indicated date. If a game is postponed and/or rescheduled, it will be settled as No Action unless otherwise stated. No Action means refund of the stake.

  • If a tennis match is not completed, all totals market bets are void.

  • If a player does not start a tournament or match, all bets on that player will be cancelled.

  • When markets are offered on individual sets or games in a match, a retirement or disqualification during a game or set will void bets on that game or set market and void all individual markets of that game or set, except for markets already unconditionally settled.

  • Tie Break: a game played when competitors reach 6-6 in any set and one player must reach 7 points with a 2-point advantage. For tennis over/under markets, the tiebreak counts as a single game regardless of how long it lasts.

  • Super Tie Break or Match Break: similar to a Tie Break, but one of the players or teams must reach 10 points with a 2-point advantage. For tennis over/under markets, the Super Tie Break counts as a single game regardless of how long it lasts.

  • A Tie Break or Super Tie Break is valid provided the decision is announced before the event begins.

  • The Tie Break does not apply in 3-set or 5-set events in the Grand Slams and Davis Cup where play continues in the last set in case of a tie until one competitor or team wins the set by 2 points.

  • Main markets:

  • Match winner (1,2): bet on the winner of the match regardless of point margin.

  • 1st set winner: you must predict the winner of the first set. The bet is No Action if the first set is not completed.

  • 2nd set winner: you must predict the winner of the second set. The bet is No Action if the set is not completed.

  • Double result (first set / final match): predict the winner of the first set and the winner of the match in one market.

  • Over / Under: bet on the number of points to be played in a match. This market can be for Games or Sets according to the relevant market. In 5-set matches, the fifth set does not go to tie-break and is played until one player leads by two games.

  • Correct result (x set): predict the points of the winner and the opponent in the specified set. If a set is not completed for any reason, bets are void.

  • Total points in a game market (Home - Away) Over/Under: predict whether the total points in the match are over/under a given number in the market.

  • Odd/Even: predict whether the total points at the end of the match are odd or even.

  • Tiebreak (yes/no) Tiebreak (N Set): predict whether there will be a deciding game when the score reaches 6-6.

  • 1st set handicap: predict which player will win the first set after applying the selected handicap.

  • Player 1 wins first set: predict whether the home player wins the first set.

  • Player 2 wins first set: predict whether the away player wins the set indicated in the market.

  • Any set to 0: predict whether at least one of the sets will finish with 0 points scored by one player.

  • Who will win Game (X and Y) of set n? (includes live play): predict the player who will win game X and Y of set n.

  • Who will win point X in game X of set n? (includes live play): predict the player who wins point X of game X of set n.

Following home and away order.

  • Exact number of points in game X (1st set): predict the exact number of points scored in the selected game of the first set.

  • Result of game x (set 1, 2, 3, 4, 5) or tiebreak: predict the result of a game for player 1 or 2 in the selected set and game.

  • Game to Deuce yes/no (includes live betting): if a game reaches 40-40 at any stage, the game goes to deuce.

  • RESULT OF GAME X (SET X°) PLAYER 1 OR 2 TO (0-15-30-40): predict the winner of a game. The user must choose which player wins the specified game and set and how many points the opposing player scores.

  • Match - tie break

    • In some competitions, matches are decided by tie-break. If the match is decided by tie-break, the tie-break will be considered as a set for settlement of the 'Set - Winner', 'Set Betting', and 'Total Sets' markets. All other 'Current Set' or 'Next Set' markets will be voided.
